Overpriced for the experience. It’s ok. Nothing to write home about. Some hot pools and some saunas. Cafe food is ok, over priced, and minimal... god forbid someone was actually hungry or wanted some variety. Also, no one answers the phone when you call. That’s frustrating. seems clean from what I could tell but never saw anyone cleaning the areas where sweaty people were laying around on all day. Only saw one used band aid.
Loved all the different Suana's and the atmosphere
Unfortunately will no be returning or recommending this place. Customer service is terrible. I have left numerous messages for one of the managers I believe his name is Mark, no calls back. I have spoken to him once over a year ago regarding the issue we had he promised to resolve and get back however never heard from him again. My rating for this place use to be 5 just went down to 1. Unbelievable, fir the amount of money we spent here one would think they would be better towards customers...
