Since 2012 I have been to Soin Hospital for various reasons. Kidney stones hernias stomach surgery etc I have never had one person who worked there treat me bad The nursing staff from Er to surgery to the room perfect I can't say enough good things about Soon Hospital
3.5hrs to be seen.... Apparently people with the flu are more important than someone who has infection in their blood (Which can be Deadly) .... I was given a small bag of antibiotics and sent home no better than when I went in there..... I was in there Thursday for the same problem (OPEN WOUNDS) and being diabetic they released me without any antibiotics as a preventative measure..... Now the infection is so bad after 3days I can't walk..... Thanks again you overpaid Vets.... My furbabies would be scared of you idiots
We just left the ER at your facility. My daughter received excellent care. I was so impressed with the caring, compassionate staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there and cares about the patient. In addition, the facility was very clean and run efficiently. We were in and out in about an hour and a half which amazed me for an ER visit. I would highly recommend this hospital!
I was just released from there yesterday. The ER was great and David took really good care of me. I was admitted to ICU where Ian was great as well. It's where I got to the regular room is when it went all downhill. Everytime I asked f9r something it took over 30 minutes to an hour to receive it. The ambassadors were great including Danisa.

I had my baby boy here and what Amazon nurse's and doctor's that was there for us. Im so blessed to say i enjoyed how much love and happiness is here. �
It’s hard to go through this, but it’s even harder when the hospital is all around the worst place to send a loved one. Soin Medical Center will now and forever be the worst hospital to send a human being. They had my mom there who was on a ventilator at 100% They had hospice come in and give us this long talk this morning, with my mom still able to talk and coherent enough, to say that when they take the ventilator off she doesn’t want to be resuscitated and she confirmed stating that when she is ready to be taken off that ... read more
