Excellent customer service from Susan over the phone with the questions I had prior to purchasing, & she also followed-up via email as promised. I had a couple of questions post-delivery. and they were courteous and helpful. Delivery was prompt and placed exactly where I wanted. It's great that they offer plain soil (without any animal-based amendments), and I could purchase it mixed with their clean green compost. So looking forward to planting in it!
