I have used them several times for carpets in my rental property. They do an amazing job even after some of the worst tenants!

When our dishwasher leaked and caused water damage to our kitchen, they were here within and hour and didn't leave until late in the night. We started the year flooding our kitchen. There are several things you don't think about ahead of time with water damage in a townhouse. It took 5 weeks to start the repair and of course a couple bad snow storms showed up in that timeframe. I wanted to thank you for coming back and insulating our walls. Even at 20° we stayed warm. I'll never forget this.

Dealing with a moldy basement bathroom is not fun. Along with arguing with the insurance company, Soil-Away did an amazing job with the cleanup and demolition. They were very professional and explained the whole process as they went along. Jack took the time to come out and talk to us as well. Couldn't be happier. Now on to putting it back together...
