This office has made it literally impossible to attend my scheduled appointments with my provider. I have encountered numerous issues caused by their office staff, it's terribly hard to ever reach anyone via phone or email, and I was hung up on when trying to resolve overcharging by the billing department. The difficulties caused by the staff have been an ongoing problem, resulting in my having to find alternate providers elsewhere. Was a patient for almost 2 years. Suddenly, they changed platforms without proactive notification and provider stopped seeing patients with no alternative available. Left me high and dry without refills or appointment availability. Terrible, non responsive customer service. Bad ending to what was a good experience at first.

Have been a patient for over two years. I benefit from my specific therapist, otherwise I would not be continuing. I tried expanding from talk therapy into medication (from Soho providers) and it was the most stressful and dehumanizing experience. Unless you have a specific individual you like that you know works for this group and they communicate with you regularly, stay away.
