I have been to this salon twice. The staff are incredibly nice and polite, and the salon itself is lovely. Unfortunately, the hairstylists’ skills seem very limited, and I believe they need much more training. I had my hair colored and trimmed, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. My hair was not cut evenly—some sections are noticeably longer than others. The color was also poorly applied, with areas in the back and at the roots left untouched. Used this place my last visit several times because the prices were more reasonable at the original visit compared with my hotels prices . I booked new appointments for my stay in the area and they kept records of what I paid and whom I had used for my wash and blowout . I inquired about costs for the wash and blow out I was booking . Very detailed because I saw from the last visit they up charge for any little thing such as curling your hair to the right instead of the left .
