Very Satisfied I had heard good things but it was my first time trying this hair salon and I was extemely impressed. I am kinda of surprised there is such a high quality salon in New Haven.
Excellent Just moved to New Haven and was referred to the owner by a friend for a cut. Not only did I get a great haircut I spontaneously decided to try them for a brow arch, which I don't normally do. I am pleasantly surprised to have such a good salon in New Haven. I feel great and wanted to share.
Which stylist? Kalie or Marissa - can you advise on which stylist to go with? It sounds like some are much better than others! I'm a professional woman with fairly long straight hair.
Great Haircut & Makup I am new to the city of new haven, and Soho was recommended by one of my coworkers. Having lived in NYC for 2 years I hoped there would be a connection. I couldn't be happier, excellent professional haircut and had a complimentory makeup application. The big city has nothing on this salon, the cut is just as good and at a much better price.
Best massage and facial ever I moved to New Haven from Chicago for a very lucrative but highly stressful job. As a professional woman I regularly work out and get facials and massages. I came to Soho because of reputation and was not disappointed. The facial was so thorough and relaxing and the massage was glorious! I've already sent so many people from work you would think I own stock ( are you ever going public?)
The WORST Customer Service EVER My fiance went to get his hair cut there, and got one of the worst haircuts he's ever had. He has long, curly hair, and told the stylist not to take too much off. The stylist proceeded to cut it WAY too short, and now it just frizzes. The worst part was, our wedding is in two weeks, and his hair is ruined no matter what happens.
Great Salon!! It was my first time there and my hair is usually cut the same everywhere else I go.. boring!!! The stylist told me how to work with it and gave it a great cut to really work with the fact that I have 5 minutes to do my hair. I was nervous about going short but i'm so glad I did! I actually like my hair now. no more ponytails!!!
the spa is better than the salon The haircuts are not really worth the price but the spa treatments are worth it. They also do a really good job on waxing and the price was reasonable.
Excellent I recently moved to the area & wanted to cut about 6inches off my hair for a trendier style. The girl that cut my hair was fabulous!! I was so nervous, but she knew exactly what would work with my face. I'm so happy I went through with it!! The girls there are so talented & friendly that I would recommend Soho to anyone in the area!!!
