I went from Graves to hypothyroidism via Ablation.......I asked when I started if she was strictly by the numbers person...which she said no she would take how I felt into consideration. That as Maury would say was a lie. If you want someone who listens and takes you and your body feeling into account do not go here.
My dr has been trying 3 weeks for referral . They will not return call or answer phone . I guess that shows u not a good place to go if they can’t even flow thru .
I used Dr Sohn for several years. I was disappointed when I continued to have symptoms, my blood work showed higher levels and she would not make changes with my medication. Seeking information on my own I learned that she was not as informed as I thought she was. I have now successfully changed medications and my new dr takes a more proactive approach to the management of my condition.
Dr. Sohn is amazing! She is caring, knowledgeable and truly concerned for her patients. She always makes time to answer all of my questions and always goes over my plan of care. I am so glad I found Dr. Sohn and highly recommend her. Only thing that’s a little aggravating is when you call the office. You never get a real person and it takes a while to receive a call back
I was told not to make any follow up appointments for my thyroid condition, and to see my PCP for any future issues. That's fine, I guess, but I've never been "dismissed" in quite the same way by another doctor. In the years that I was a patient, it was a very detached experience, and the office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. You can never talk to someone when you call. You have to leave a message for everything, and calls are not always returned.

Dr Sohn has always been very professional .She always called me with my test results(not her office staff)and explained what was the next step was in my plan of care .I have never had any problems with getting appointments when needed.
Staff is rude and uncaring.Dr, always is late. Had to wait too long. Cannot get a urgent appointment. Do not waste your time, there are better more caring doctors.
