My daughter and I have been going to Sognatore for 15+ years. Couldn't be happier. The service is extraordinary. The first visit I made was to buy a product and I was offered a drink. This was my first "taste" of the type of salon I had entered. We have Laurie and Jennie do our hair and we are extremely pleased with their services.
I've been searching for a good salon in Pittsburgh for months. Lauri did my hair today and she did an awesome job and was also so sweet and welcoming! I would definitely recommend!
An exceptionally talented staff, superior service, and the finest luxury hair, skincare and makeup lines available all combine to make Sognatore one of the very best salons in the city of Pittsburgh! Owner Bill Lincoln is a wizard with cutting and coloring, and Steve always does the very best blowdrys!
Sognatore Salon is just okay. For the marketing out there customers should be treated as special guests. That means EDUCATING everyone who work at the salon--including the owners. Be good to clients. It doesn't require that much effort to be kind to others and it is contagious! A business' culture would immensely improve. I hope the owner responds to this review.
Steven did such an amazing job! Can't wait to come back! Definitely recommend!
