I am disappointed that the crowns have taken so long to get right. I am also not happy with the temporaries I currently have in my mouth. In general this experience hasnot been the best one I've had at the practice.

We understand the restoration process is sometimes difficult for patients. We measure our success in millimeters for each and every patient. We seek perfection and sometimes, this takes a few visits. The key ingredient to everything is patience - on our part, partnering with our labs and especially, on the part of the patient. Thank you for your patience!

As always, I was greated graciously by Mary at the front desk & Sue, Nicole, Dr.Wrigley's assistant for me that day, came out to get me and introduced herself as I had not met her before. On may way back, everyone in the hallway including the office manager and Dr. Adams, said hello to me and asked how I was doing. The procedure was painless, my new bridge looks beautiful, and I got the same wonderful greetings on the way out. My husband comes here also and we both think their practice is the greatest! Thank you everyone!

Informative, caring and relaxing dental practice. They are the best.
I unexpectedly had a problematic reaction to dental anethesia and the team at Soft Touch imeadiately swung into action to get things back under control. At no point did anyone make me feel that I should 'tough it out' or that there was anything even vaguely abnormal about it. This place is the antidote to callous, needlessly painful dentistry.
Unfortunately, I sought an office to perform an extraction for a non-restorable tooth. First, the receptionist/Secretary/Woman Extraordinaire...Mary has a lovely, professional way about her that soothes a client from the start. I moved ahead with the appointment because of her patience, explanations and caring. Her voice is wonderful, too! :-) Nicole was an assistant, and she showed me to the chair and was very helpful, offering many scenarios that satisfied my curious mind.
