Soft Touch Dental Care Team is the best dental service I have even been to in my life. No other dental services, come close to Soft Touch Care Team. I am very happy...........DB!
I have always been hesitant to go to the dentist until I found out about Soft Touch. They have friendly staff and do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. They even have "spa options" to make your visit stress free. They are compassionate and understanding which is rare. I have already recommended them to family and friends!
The appointment was quick but thorough. I was taken right away with minimal waiting. The exam and cleaning was relatively painless but well done.
I actually look forward to coming to this practice (even when it's for more than a routine cleaning). Michelle is the best - we talk about our kids, our German Shepherds, vacation plans, concerts, etc., which gets me through the less comfortable parts of procedures. (She even had her husband introduce me to his new canine cop when he got him!) Dr. Adams is the most personable medical professional I have ever met. I knew this was the practice I needed to help me with my emergency dental concern. The receptionist was very polite and helpful when I initially called to schedule and I was seen by Dr Adams immediately. My dental treatment plan was explained to me and the next necessary appointment was scheduled. All team members of the office were very helpful.
