Staff is great. Care is tops. The first time w insurance processing was stressful - got to be a better way in future - maybe wait for pre-approval - thought I had the best coverage available to federal retirees - frankly insurance company stinks

This dental practice is outstanding in every way, from the very pleasant and helpful reception, to the excellent service provided by the technician, to Dr.Adams' patient-oriented and courteous professional service, and to the friendly check-out. I have had considerable experience with many dental practices during my lifetime , and I consider this the best.
The best dental care! I moved to southern Pennsylvania years ago and still return to Dr. Adams. The entire staff is caring, extremely competent and like family .
i just moved into ellicott city from notre dame university, since i meet both dentists i found both very pleasant to talk to. my previous dentist did a poor job of forwarding my dental information which caused some confusion on my initial visit to soft touch dental care team.

Michelle is great. She does her best to get me comfortable with a neck pillow. She is thorough, efficient and friendly. Dr Adams is the same. All of the staff are friendly!
Everyone at Soft Dental is so friendly, kind & caring. Feels more like family, than a Doctor's office.
