Outstanding dental service.
I’ve been a patient of dr. Adams for a long time. Everyone in the practice is both professional and friendly. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but, since it’s something that needs to be done twice a year, this is a great place to do it!
The only drawback I have with staying with this practice is that they are out of network for my secondary insurance. The office is not sure what to charge me until they get the EOB. Even after a couple of years the insurance coverages must not be clear. I have provided the EOB several times. It also takes awhile for the secondary (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) to send a partial reimbursement. The financial part is extremely frustrating and may eventually lead me to seek another practice who accepts both insurances.
As someone who is terrified of dentist's, meeting with Michelle and Dr. Wrigley was the most comforting experience of my life. They were both very patient with me and explained the course of treatment in a way I could understand. They reassured me along the way and the sedation plan seems like a great option. I have found my permanent dentist...I even made an appointment for my son on kid's day.
As a first time patient, I was very satisfied. Everyone, from the receptionist, dental assistant, to Dr. Adams, were personal, professional and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Soft Touch Dental Care.
