I have encountered a few Dental offices that were below par. I thought all Dental offices were the same until I came to SoftTouch Dental, first the office decor and environment makes you feel really comfortable and then the staff and Dr. Wrigley and Dr. Adams professionlism is tops!!! I love this office.
I really appreciate the sincere effort made to put patients at ease. The staff is always friendly and comforting and they go the extra mile, such as offering a topical anesthetic before administering Novocaine to further reduce pain. Drs. Wrigley and Adams also take the time to clearly explain everything they do and your dental condition. This truly is a great practice and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Very friendly and patient oriented! They double check that you're coming to your appointment a little much, but its all in the name of excellent patient care so I understand.
