Seriously. Convenient, professional, accomodating and kind. A nice atmosphere where I feel like a person, not like an inusance file. We came to the practice by world of mouth (pardon the pun) and have no complaints.
For one appt. I had to leave before my x-rays had finished being taken. It was taking over 30 min. just to do that one thing (!?). And I was told I'd have to schedule another appt for the actual cleaning. That's ridiculous. Evidently, I have to schedule at least 2 appts. just to get a cleaning. My husband's dentist, Dr. Parrani, did x-rays, a cleaning and a consultation in ONE visit. When we appoint emergency patients, we make every effort to provide compassionate care in the time our schedule allows. We always do our personal best to accomodate emergency patient requests. As the owner of the practice, we repect every individual as a human being deserving comfort, compassion and respect. Much of this is focused on actively listening to concerns and the real issues each patient has. The Soft Touch team is always helpful, courteous, and professional. Drs. Adams and Wrigley are excellent. I highly recommend this practice!
