Absolutely horrible service. Just paid $17, best package and our car looks like crap. Dirt spots on our car, tires were to be shined and cleaned and they have dirt all over them. Inquired with a worker about it and their response was "I don't know what to tell you". No management on site will never be back again. You just lost a few customers.
This is the BEST car wash. The staff are amazing. The unlimited wash is a great deal. They do a great job of pre wash and scrubbing those filthy winter windows. I live in Fort Wayne & go to school in Valpo. I can’t find a car wash that does such a great job taking care of my car locally. I love it when I am in town and can run through Soft Touch Valpo!

They went above and beyond without me even having to say anything to make sure my vehicle was clean!
The rinse was pretty pathetic. Wax/foam marks all over my car. $17 here and $8 elsewhere to eliminate that.
This place is dope. I became a man w/ that sprayer in my hand. I highly recommend it to anyone for a great experience all around! Valpo Staple!
I ran over a deer and raced right over to soft touch to get the gunk out from under my van. The guys did their absolute best they could and got most of it off. Could not be happier with the service. Thanks again.
