Went there yesterday because I received a free wash from Oil and Go. I paid $10 extra for the best wash they offer. The guy with the wand only sprayed one side of my car and there are water spots all over my car. I’ve had a better wash from a non-touch car wash for just $10. The guys were pushing cars through so fast they were doing a sloppy job.
Worst Place Ever!!! Extremely dishonest! They don’t take responsibility for their actions!! Brand new 2019.The guys using the spray wands Did damage twice to two different vehicles! Soft touch refused to do anything! $150.00 fix but they would rather lose a customer! Will never be back!!!

I will never go to the Valparaiso Soft Touch Car Wash again and I have gone there for years. They young man that motions you to come into the track acted like he did not know what to do, thus my cap of my tire which is part of the tire was damaged and they shrugged it off and took my telephone number and name and said their manager would call. Thorough wash, unlimited vacuuming. Once while vacuuming, I locked myself out of my car. Mr. Cavanaugh took me to my home to pick up another set of keys!! Great place.
Came into soft touch while visiting family in Indiana, my car had been a mess for seemingly forever. A friend reccomended I take it here to get cleaned. Great choice. Cleaned everything, went above and beyond expectations for what I paid. Much appreciation to the staff for a job well done. And extra mention to Chris for seeing the job through and going beyond what he should have, especially with the state my vehicle was in.
This is a great car wash with friendly helpful employees, my entire family uses this wash and loves it! My stepdad drives a hellcat and works at the mills so his car is constantly dusty he stops at this wash multiple times a week and it does a great job cleaning everything off while still being gentle on his car! The only car wash I use! I highly recommend this wash!
