They did an awesome job and it was freezing out. Very friendly. I definitely recommend this place
Always a good car wash but iffy on the inside depending on who you get. Some do an excellent job cleaning and wiping down my kids messes others just do the minimum.
I had to start using a different service since Centerville car wash was sold. This has been a great alternative for me. They do a great job and are very efficient. Highly recommended and glad I was referred here from a friend.
Car looked great. But, Windows inside and outside, were streaked. I had to re-do them myself at a later time. If it wasn't for the Windows I would have gave my rating 5-stars.
Junk. I normally go to centerville auto bath. I live right next to soft touch and I've been there twice now. I get my trucked washed once a week at centerville, but this time I was in a hurry so I went to soft touch and I will never be back. Dust all inside from the towels and overspray all over the inside of the doors. I will take the extra time to go to centerville next time FOR SURE, and centerville is cheaper!!!
We were ripped off! The store on US42 in Florence,Ky was paid $13 ( Transaction # 115443) for a premium wash package with Armor All on the tires of our car.(Regular wash is $8 ) When we got the car home the tires had not been touched! It doesn't look like you can trust anyone to do what you pay them to do!
