They have the best detail service I've seen, great work, worth the money.
My car always looks like new when I drive away. Been using them for years. Drew is my favorite. He treats my car like it's his own and goes the extra mile when cleaning it.

Very poor detailing both times I've been. It's just better to 1. Wipe your car down yourself, or 2. Take it somewhere else. I don't believe the employees are walked through how exactly to detail a vehicle properly. They are nice gentleman, but simply try to do the quickest job, vs. a quality job. Also, I do not appreciate my radio station being changed. The last comment has nothing to do with their poor detailing, just lack of courtesy. place is clearly going down hill. had my car washed yesterday and it was the most awful service I have ever received. I personally did not take it but had the treat yourself special done. when I got home I opened it up and was shocked. they didn't wipe down the interior doors at all. fingerprints visible on windows. easily visible debris still on carpets. dust still in fabric around gear shift. windows streaked. called to complain and they were just like "sorry about that. but we have a rain policy". what a joke.
I'd used my old car wash for years but lately I've noticed they don't spend as much time on the interior. Even though Soft Touch is a lot farther away I feel like they take real pride in making both the inside and the outside as clean as humanly possible. I'm happy that I've made the switch.
