I was excited to book an appointment with this black owned business. I was even more excited to see that the staff was ALL women of color; but, I was disappointed at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and the doctor was nothing short of a professional woman. She was gentle and compassionate to my daughter. However, I'm a working mother of three and I do not have time for the games. My daughter is a crybaby and because of this, she stopped treatment and scheduled the last bit of it for a future date. I'm sure the staff are trying their best to manage their time wisely. However, I don't think we could wait a minute longer since we've already waited an hour. Our daughter's appointment was rescheduled the first time up due to the dentist having a family emergency. Okay, no problem. We were on time came the rescheduled appointment day. We waited for so long and couldn't wait anymore so we decided to tell the staff that we'll leave. Very unorganized. I had to call multiple times a week to get updated on my daughter's procedure. Dealt with multiple roadblocks and trouble getting in touch with the correct people.. once we finally got my daughter on the books for her procedure it was canceled the day before. A nightmare.
RecommendedDr. Collins and her staff are amazing. They are very attentive, kind, and gentle. The environment is very welcoming and it puts the kids at ease. Dr. Collins has a passion for pediatric dentistry and it definitely shows! I’m seriously thankful and grateful that we chose this office for our dental needs.
Dr. Collins is a fantastic doctor! She looks after both our kids’ teeth and she is very kind and attentive to them. She takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and helps me (as a mom) to feel comfortable with what is happening to their teeth!
Everyone is very friendly. Treats the kids great and so gentle. Thanks for being so great!!!
