I had an unfortunate experience with this service. I hired Sofia Leigh to do my hair on my wedding day. In the lead up to the wedding, one of my bridesmaids was diagnosed with cancer and could not attend the wedding. Sofia requested that I replace her makeup spot with someone else and initially did not demonstrate understanding or empathy. She finally agreed to reduce the price but still requested that I sign a contract saying that I would still pay the original price (which I did not do!). I didn’t want to leave a negative review for a small business, so I initially called Sofia to offer private feedback. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and rude, saying my feedback didn’t matter because I was a bridesmaid, not the bride.
