I didn’t want to leave a negative review for a small business, so I initially called Sofia to offer private feedback. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and rude, saying my feedback didn’t matter because I was a bridesmaid, not the bride. Sofia was absolutely amazing from the minute I got in contact with her at the start of the planning phase right through to the end of the big day. Sofia had great communication, answered all of my questions and worked flexibly with me to ensure all my family, including the bridal party were able to get their makeup done for the wedding day. If I could rate Sofia and her team higher I would. My experience with her was amazing. Sofia and her team went above and beyond to ensure we were all content with our make up and hair for my big day. We were genuinely in awe at how beautiful we looked it felt like an out of body experience. Sofias attitude and ‘vibe’ really helped settle all of our anxiety and made myself and my bridesmaids incredibly comfortable.
