FFD is an amazing place for a person with a tooth cleaning phobia. I have very sensitive teeth which causes me no small amount of anxiety. Supresa cleans my teeth with compassion, care and good cheer. She is so very competent, I won't let anyone clean my teeth. The front desk staff do a heroic job with the dental insurance piece. I love everything about FFD.
When I was looking to start my orthodontic treatment the first practice I visited was Midwest Orthodontics at 1st Family Dental - Andersonville. From the moment I met the staff and doctors at this office, I knew this is where I wanted to undergo my orthodontic treatment. The office is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and offer exceptional customer service. Dr. Saleh Al-Kharsa is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking orthodontic treatment.
Pregnant and losing my dental insurance, I called the office requesting a last-minute appointment for a cleaning and exam. They were able to offer me a next-day “squeeze” appointment with a lovely dentist who had a gentle touch and put me at ease. A great experience from phone call to cleaning. Thank you!
