Woeful experience. I scheduled an appointment with Sofia to view commercial office spaces and arrived on time, but she did not have the courtesy to meet with me. I was instead shown a few options by another team member. Afterward, I asked Sofia to send pricing for the spaces I was interested in and received no response for several days.
