Had 2 reschedule twice. Stylist never showed!!! Service was inadequate, and unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. I stop by today to make an appointment. A lady in the front called another lady to assist me. She came never addressed me. I said to her what I wanted, she didn’t respond. She said something in her language and walked away. The First Lady I spoke with told me to call the number on the wall. I will not be going back. They were not wearing mask and to crowded. I reported that.

I moved to the Bay Area in July of 2019 and here it is almost a year later and I’m still here! I have gotten kinky twist, feeder braids and crazy braids and the ladies have always done me so well. My hair always looks incredible when I leave the shop. I also appreciate they are very timely and punctual with me. Any and all hair braiding needs I recommend Sofia’s African Hair Braiding!
I drove 45mins to get my hair done at this salon. I so much love the braids I got. The braider Aisha did a good job with my hair.Will visit this salon again.
