Love the apartment!... (Verified Renter) Love the apartment! Amenities are gorgeous. Wish our apt had upgraded counter ops and appliances. Not happy with the electric stove; wish it were gas. Still lovely all the same.

The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of the apartment is very good with easy access to the shops, schools and apartment has very friendly staff. I would recommend the apartment for this. Three items which are not very convenient are lack of washer/dryer in unit, absence of A/C in bed room and heater in the closet. This may not be convenient for many of my family and friends.

I have really... (Verified Renter) I have really enjoyed living in the Sofi community. The only negative about the apartments is the a/c. Poway is very hot during most of the year. Summer in particular. But I would and have given my recommendation for Sofi. I love the new pool area. I am concerned with the young (under 15) kids in the pool area without adult supervision.

Things have changed I have been living in this apartment complex for a several years before the new management company took over. Things have changed and not for the better. The new company has been doing many "community upgrades" without asking the tenants all to just raise the rate by a few hundred dollars a month. These upgrades are an inconvenience to the tenants and they do not communicate the timelines very well. Summerlyn Review Rent in San Diego is on the rise. I searched for three months to find the best deal I could possibly find without surrendering the necessity of a clean, quite, safe neighborhood. Summerlyn has exceeded my expectations! The management is great. I had one minor maintenance issue and it was addressed in under 24 hours. I was impressed with the quick response.
