I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the community on the basis of its location. Other than that, the units are old and in need of upgrading. There is very little storage space if any. The garbage area is always a mess with people just throwing their junk in there. I really enjoyed having the big grassy area to walk my dog. I like the fact that the community accepted pets larger than 35 lbs. I also enjoyed the large patios which are difficult to find.
Calm and clean community ..value for money Would recommend this for family. Close to BART and relatively close to public school. Not so expensive. Community is clean and well maintained. Responsiveness to service request is excellent; quality of service has a scope for improvement

A nice and quiet apartment on a perfect location.... 3 Thumbs Up! I moved in early this year and there's really nothing bad I can say about this apartment complex. First, our unit is nice and it has a very good floor plan. The neighborhood is really quiet and you'll feel safe walking or jogging around at night. It is also surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants that are walking distance. All the must haves I had when looking for an apartment was pretty much satisfied.
