(Verified Renter) Based on our experience in 138, I would not recommend anyone rent an UPGRADED unit, as the standard units seem nicer in kitchen and throughout...(apt 87 is perfect example) Other than feeling like we are paying too much EXTRA RENT for this upgraded unit, the complex is nice, clean and neighbors/community are/is friendly....
Mold constantly builds... (Verified Renter) Mold constantly builds up around the windows. Water leaks in from under the front door when it rains. Paint is chipping from the cabinets in the kitchen.
