But I am hoping the process and time to take for maintenance service can be improved a little bit more. I also lived in another old community in east bay, they can usually handle any request in one day if given two hour time window. And there were less problems there found there. Down side is... (Verified Renter) Down side is parking and trash dumped in empty land lots near apartment. Otherwise, community is clean, feels safe, and quiet. Also, location is great.
