I really appreciate that. The negatives are just that the quality of fixtures is strangely inconsistent, like my old studio and the model both have smooth ceiling texture, while my new apartment have popcorn style ceiling. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it overall but I would point out that there are people who like to smoke marijuana in the neighborhood and that pool is advertised as heated when it's not. To my question how is it heated, I got an answer that it's "solar heated", come on.
