I had a... (Verified Renter) I had a small window of opportunity to decide on a place to call home in this area. When the time to decide came, I honed in on the Sofi Belmont complex and found it to be a quiet and mostly secure area. I enjoy the convenience and security of the package pickup and the laundry area is pretty clean. Having my own parking spot is very important and I like it is not a through street, so that helps with the quiet aspect.

The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is peaceful. There is zero to no disturbance at all around the apartment. There are recreational areas within the community itself. And it's at the perfect distance from bus station and shopping complexes.
