Friendly staff, easy check-in, short wait. Very kind techs with whole process explained!
Very reasonable wait times (usually 15 mins or less) and a very friendly, professional staff.
I’ve been here several times for several different scans and everytime the staff is pleasant and welcoming. It’s a calm environment. Would definitely recommend!
The tech, Lindsey was outstanding! She explained things in a calm manner, and checked on me multiple times. I was nervous. She offered to put a cloth over my eyes, stating that it can be helpful. When I told her my music preference, there were three choices from that style. She gave options to choose from. She had a calm and comforting demeanor which is needed since many experience anxiety when having an MRI.
