Comfy Couch, Reasonably Priced, Quick Turn-Around Time – Our custom couch is so comfy. They were able to make the exact size to fit our space. Great Staff and Amazingly Comfy Sectional – Our custom sectional is super comfortable. I can?t believe how reasonably priced and quick they are. There are many styles and fabrics to choose from and our sales associate was able to help narrow them down and point us in the right direction. Scam Artists – DANGER!! These people are criminals. They bait and switch sofa quality and fabrics. They will say the fabric is a dye lot variation but it will actually be a DIFFERENT FABRIC not a differnet color. They use cheap imitations of the fabric you choose but charge you for the real thing. Bad customer service – Great sofa, terrible customer service. They are great if you don't have a problem with the furniture, but if you do look out, they will not return your inquiries, unless you keep on them. Even then, they wouldn't work it out with us. We payed way to much for our sofa and then to get the lousy service, there is no way I would buy from them again. I just cannot reccomend them.
They Built Exactly What I Wanted! – I brought Marina a photograph of a sofa I wanted, with down cushions, a cool , different design and a intricate structure and they made it exactly! I love it. They told me it would take a week and they had it in my house within 3 days! The quality and the craftsmanship is amazing and the owner really took care of me. I love Sofa U Love and would never go anywhere else! They are the best!!!!
