My new favorite place for furniture. – I have found that the staff were more than accomodating and the choices of furnishings far surpassed my expectations. Not only does the staff treat you with care, but they are fantastic when it comes to assistance with decorating. Pros: The right place to shop for find the unusual and special. Cons: None

Excellent Product, Excellent Service – After searching all over town for a sofa and not finding what I wanted, a friend told me to go to Sofa U Love. I showed them a picture of what I had in mind and the designer at the Hollywood store (I believe, her name is Marina) helped me design a custom sofa that was exactly what I was looking for. Best Furniture Store Ever – I had bought a sofa from Sofa U Love many years ago and always loved it. We recently moved to a new house so when it came time to purchase a new sofa I went back to Sofa U Love in Hollywood. This time I wanted a sectional that was a little more modern looking but still comfortable. Sofa U Love - LIARS, CHEATS AND FRAUDS – These people took my money, sold me something they couldn't produce, blamed their inability to do their jobs on me, lied to credit card companies, forged our signatures and refuse to give us what they promised. We have embarked on litigation as they forged my husbands signature stating that he accepted items sold to us as acceptable - which isn't true - they were not acceptable and we didn't sign for them and from my understanding to forge someone's signature is a felony. Disappointing to say the least – The sofas are poor quality. Strings hang out, pillows break down within a couple of months. Big waste of money.
Very nice sofa – Very pleased with the overall experience. Very comfortable sofa and chairs, very nice style and great quality fabric. On each visit I have been treated very well. They are always very willing answer my questions, and have been very adaptable to my changes. They have also been very helpful in my developing my over all room look and style.
Comfy Couch, Reasonably Priced, Quick Turn-Around Time – Our custom couch is so comfy. They were able to make the exact size to fit our space. They can make any size and any style in any fabric? with so many choices I?m grateful that the salesperson helped stir us in the right direction. Great Staff and Amazingly Comfy Sectional – Our custom sectional is super comfortable. I can?t believe how reasonably priced and quick they are. There are many styles and fabrics to choose from and our sales associate was able to help narrow them down and point us in the right direction.
