One star only because 0 isn’t an option. I had an appointment to have our furniture cleaned within a given window that I made several days in advance. Toward the end of the window, no one had shown up and I hadn’t had any calls from them. When I called, the operator said a tech would call me shortly. Over an hour and a half later I still heard from the tech, so I called back. Where do I even start… First, the phone operator is probably the most rude and disrespectful service provider I have ever encountered. She was very dismissive and refused to return my calls. She also cannot do here job, being that she failed to communicate with the technician TWICE on scheduling a time to come out to my house. Once I complained about having to take work of on two separate days and wanting a clear time and price, she hung up on me and seemingly blocked my number as all my calls go straight to voicemail. "Sofa Cleaning Houston has excellent cleaning and customer service. My 50 year old Persian rug needed cleaning as the edges had gotten quite dirty from everyday use. Sam was prompt in his response, one week turn around for a quality cleaning, reasonable price and included pickup/return delivery. The rug looks fantastic! Sofa Cleaning Houston will be my ""go to"" for future rug cleaning and will highly recommend to my friends."
