Betty I don't think I can express enough how fantastic Betty is, but I'll give it a shot ! My parents are 97 and 92 with all kinds of issues as you might expect at that age. Betty has always been so patient, so kind, so accommodating, she really makes it an easy and painless experience for them and that means everything in the world to me. If she tries to retire you better just keep sweetening the deal. :) She's really one of a kind !

Bo is always very personable and professional. She does an excellent job of explaining what she is going to do and what she finds as she is working. Appointments run on schedule which is extremely important to me
