I have been a patient at Webster Dental in Skokie for several years and not once have I been dissatisfied in any manner. From their front reception to the final accounting and billing personnel, they are always courteous and professional. The actual doctors and technicians are very gifted and care about your dental healthcare and wellbeing. I am so glad that I switched practices those years ago even though it takes me much longer to commute there, usually 1 hr and 15-30 minutes. It's very much worth it.

I found the front desk staff to be very friendly & helpful. I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Fred Schmidt. Dr. Gasser was very knowledgeable & very good at explaining what needed to be done. His assistant David was extremely kind & helpful. Both of them assisted Fred to get into & out of the dental chair & into his wheelchair & even into the car. I think that went above & beyond what I expected. My husband told me Dr. Gasser explained everything he was doing as it was being done.
