Unfortunately, my experience with Yoanna Hernandez was extremely disappointing. She came across as unprofessional and showed a complete lack of common courtesy. I felt like she had little to no interest in providing proper service, and at times her behavior felt lazy and dismissive. There was no follow through, no communication, and no respect for my time, qualities that I believe are essential in any professional setting.
Something has to be done about this company because I have scheduled interviews on numerous occasions and no one has called me. I will be filing a complaint. They will also lie and say the interviewer schedule is full. They do this so they can discernment! I know this because I emailed a manager for LAX after he didn’t follow up on not calling me for my interview. He told on himself and became disrespectful when I called him out on it….

This place has to be a scam. No way a company like Mattel is hiring for months and months with no one getting interviews. They just want your phone number for scams.
