1 year with SOCU, day one my debit card was pull from my savings causing an over draft. They wont accept mobile deposits on holidays. They wont accept mobile deposits when you get a check and the date is wrong on the check by a day. They wont allow you to deposit electronically to a high yield account. They wont forgive over draft fees even when they refused to accept a mobile deposit days before the overdraft happened. Would not recommend this CU.
Dad died, left me a old work truck. They lost the title than told me I was on my own to get one aka currency exchange. Cost over $250 to get a title that should've just been delivered to my door or handed to me considering I live 4 blocks from there storefront. Also taxed me very heavily on a old worn out Cadillac when I was 17. Taught me all about rates right away lmao the hard way. Wouldn't ever do business with any of these people streator or morris branch
