Very unprofessional place , please do not work here, I was told to come in for a position that was not filled, once arriving I was told by a black lady with red hair, that the position was filled, and she seemed very non chalant about wasting my time , she gave me very bad directions to a different place, I called the facility back , let them know what was going on, the front desk lady hung up the phone, off rip the verbal communication was very inappropriate, I called back told her I would not like to be hung up on that was... read more
As a local senior care provider, I have always been amazed by this bright and beautiful community. The community is tucked away but you wouldn't guess that with just how full their community is, with the option of AL/MC this community can be your place to age in place. The best part is the care you receive some their amazing care team.
Cleanest and tidiest I’ve ever been in!! Staff was courteous and professional. Very caring and attentive to the residents !
I took care of mom for 7 years before I realized she needed more care than I could provide. We're very close and it was a tough decision. We visited several places because I thought it was better to find a place before we were in crisis mode. SoCo was by far the winner. And over the 3 years that mom has been there, it's only gotten better and better! Melissa and her team are amazing! Mom is taken care of beyond what I could have ever done.
