**BEWARE**If I could give 0 stars I would. The newest groomer Clarissa?? might be the rudest I have encountered. We have been going here for the last year to groom our golden doodles and have been extremely happy until this morning. Not only did she hang up on us but we booked the appointment 2 weeks out for our dogs just to drive the entire way to the office and come to find out she was unwilling to do her job. Super disappointed in Soco Pet Lounge. We've used them for years for grooming and boarding our pups while we're on trips. We booked boarding for our three pups weeks ago for a trip today, and when we show up we're told they don't do boarding anymore and they we should've been notified - we weren't. When we asked the person at the front desk if she had any ideas for other places we could go, she dismissively replied that she didn't. Didn't seem like she could've cared any less. What an awful way to treat customers.

Took in my dog for grooming and they did a fantastic job. She had major shedding and the did the best job fixing it!
