Absolutely unacceptable experience. The way my 13-year-old daughter was treated was beyond unprofessional. The nail technician spent the entire appointment complaining about how much he hates doing nail designs and how poorly he’s paid, even telling her this would be the last time she would ever see him if she came back. He was also rude and impatient with her, especially when telling her to put her hands under the LED lamp, speaking to her in a harsh and dismissive way. I go back to this place time and again due to the quality products and great execution. I have only done pedis here, never nails.
Got a polygel refill with Vanna. She did an excellent job and was very detailed in shaping the extensions!
Im usually not loyal to any nail salon, but Tee's the real deal. She's thorough, careful and does amazing work. Definitely a gem!
