I lived here from 2021-2022, would not live again, but it was cheap and my neighbors were either amazing or absolutely nuts and horrible, and I survived. Low points: Wasp infestation that only got fixed after reporting it 4-5 times and noting that I was highly allergic, and they'd have a lawsuit if I had gotten stung. Laundry room wasn't setup when I was there, so no laundry. Offered storage room was not maintained and poorly kept. Neighbor fed stray cats so there were dead animals everywhere all the time. I had no idea these were even back here and have lived I this city MY WHOLE LIFE and I didn't even know they were back here!! C Cute and quiet!!
Only gets the extra star for cool neighbors. Otherwise one star, horrible apartment management. Horribly rude and take forever to do any maintenance or just don't do it all. Huge roach problem in all units. You will never get your friend referral. And I believe there is a maintenance man that lives here but won't do anything to make parking lot look presentable, overflowing dumpster regularly and they have the nerve to charge for waste. Water bill ridiculously high about $60. Perfect place if your single and never home.
