Is a great shop the service is amazing always willing to help
These guys are #1 in our book. Not only did they get me set up with a great bike they took care of my husbands rims and was able to get him into some new ones for a decent price. I am very much a beginner and they made me feel like I mattered and took time to answer any of my questions. They are just very welcoming and make you feel like family!
I visited SBR cycles a year or two ago just to browse and to evaluate mountain bike options. The guy working was extremely helpful, informative, frank, and honest about options vs pricing. They informed me that they also offer tune-up services for anyone who purchases a bike there! When I am ready to purchase a bike, I plan to go to SBR.
Excellent customer service, highly recommended, helpful, and professional. I've purchased great road bikes and more from SBR and their professional fitting saved my leg from injuries caused by a poor fitting from another shop. I'm a novice but they did a great job helping me find a bike that I could afford and they took a lot of extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the bike before I left the shop. Looking forward to the group rides.
Just went in to SBR and got a new bike. Allen and crew hooked me up with what I needed while staying in my budget. If you need a bike go in here. This is my new bike shop.
Best bike/mechanic/fit shop in Utah county. I have been a serious cyclist for years and like many have been frustrated with bike shops for not delivering. SBR has taken care of me 100% since the first time I went in. Cory with the guru fit system was able to give a more customized fit to my bike that significantly reduced my back pain with riding that has plagued me for years. I was in the area and needed a few things for an upcoming century ride. I collected about $50 worth of items and went to the register. As I stood there for several minutes, at least three different employees walked by me like I was invisible, guess I wasn't spending enough to be noticed. This was a sort of test to see if I would bring my business back after my last bad experience, you failed. Bye!
