Had them over to re-carpet a stained stair step. Convinced me to try to steam clean instead. Turned out great. These guys are the best. they were thorough very efficient and prompt and very professional. I highly recommend their services.
Unhappy! I paid for three bedrooms, the hallway and one flight of stairs. The carpet was heavily soiled, so I paid extra for deep cleaning. The young man was in and out within 30 minutes. He did not clean the small closets. He did not clean behind the open doors. He did not clean around the banister. What was visibly dirty is still visibly dirty. Horrible job. There were still individual grease spots which I have since removed. I am still spot cleaning as I go. I wasted my money and time.
He was on time and did a clean work. Stains were gone and the carpet looks super clean and feels soft.
