Efficient and friendly

The customer service was really great, but the cleaning itself left a very strange smell in my house as it dried. It has since dissipated some, but it is not completely gone (3 days later). It has been disappointing, and while I saw the carpet being cleaned, it doesn’t quite feel that clean in the house because of the smell.
