I came back to SoCal Self Storage after a few years and had another great experience. JB was extremely helpful (again) and made the process quick and easy. I had an issue with my locks, and he took care of it right away and made sure everything worked properly.

I've been renting a storage unit here for over 7 years, and I've had nothing but a great experience. The facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained, and I’ve always felt that my belongings were safe. The biggest reason I've stayed so long is Rubi, the manager. They made sure to honor a rate that was no longer on the website, and even though there was a problem with the reservation at first JB took care of me and made sure my experience was well taken care of. Thanks SoCal SS, really helped me store my stuff for the summer!
I had called a few other storage places in the area to inquire about summer storage for my UCLA student. JB at SoCal was friendly and extremely helpful. I got a good rate, and JB walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend SoCal Self Storage on Sawtelle!
