JB was the very best!!! He was so kind and helpful. I’m so happy I got a unit here. I know all of my belongings are in the best care and that gives me so much peace of mind.

Very professional and helpful staff. Cleanly maintained facility. I worked with JB who was flexible to adjust my schedule for free moving truck and also change my reservation start date. He found us the more convenient storage room as per our requirements with good promotion offer. I would go here again. EDIT: I am reducing the initial rating for the regular access and initial moving inconvenience. I came back to SoCal Self Storage after a few years and had another great experience. JB was extremely helpful (again) and made the process quick and easy. I had an issue with my locks, and he took care of it right away and made sure everything worked properly.
