By far the standout thing about this place is the exceptional service. Glenn in particular is an absolute legend, it's clear by the reviews and interactions I've witnessed that he in particular has touched a lot of people in a positive way and I can vouch for that. Storage is storage, but what has this a cut above is the service.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at SoCal Storage in Sherman Oaks! From start to finish, everything was smooth, clean, and easy. Glenn was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind he made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and care. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the process seamless. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and conveniently located, and climate controlled. Highly recommend to anyone in need of storage!
Preparing to move out of state cross country has been a complete nightmare this last week, so much so that I ended up having to put a bunch of stuff in storage last minute. When I came in to Socal storage, Glenn immediately put me at ease and helped to eliminate so much stress! He personally showed me the unit and worked out an amazing deal! Not once did I ever feel rushed for hustled, he was kind, courteous, and very professional! Thank you so much for providing the very best customer experience!
This is the storage facility to use in the Valley. Clean, easy parking, feels very safe and secure. Staff is also extremely helpful and responsive. Glenn was great in getting me set up with the right unit and making sure I found the one that fit my needs.
