DO NOT USE this company!!! Chris resurfaced my bathroom sink, instead of a shiny finish, he left parts of it with an orange peel. I contacted him, and he said he would fix it within the next 2 days. It's been over 1 1/2 months, He rescheduled 3 times, (he cancelled twice and the third was a no show). I Have called in at least 10 times and left messages, all went unaswered. I finally reached him using a friends phone and he answered. When he realized it was me, he cursed and hung up.

Blackrock Refinishing is a scam. The guy's name is Chris Botsford. He came out and refinished my bathtub. He took my $495. 3 weeks later the bathtub began to peel so we called him back. After several rescheduled appointments on his part he showed up in cowboy boots and slacks definitely not ready to work. He did no work that day because he said he did not have the proper materials. After more rescheduled appointments and no return phone calls I finally got a hold of Chris a couple weeks ago and he yelled at me saying he woul... read more

I had Chris from Blackrock Refinishing come out and refinish a bathtub and kitchen sink. He explained the process in great detail over the phone and said when they were done the sink and tub would look brand new. They came out and were very professional. They drop clothed everything, did a great job and they do look brand new. They did a great job and we are very happy. Kelly
