A friend who is a contractor highly recommended SoCal Flood Restoration after a tenant flooded our apartment. To the rescue came SoCal immediately, or so I thought. There were days of "dryout fans" left, and I had to keep calling their office for pickup. They replied that they were really busy. We have use SoCal Flood Restoration & Design... twice. They are that good. Our first experience was after the bathroom, vanity, and bedroom of our townhome was flooded from a slab-leak from our neighbor's property. They managed everything with a fully transparent process. Refreshing. After they arranged for asbestos testing, dry-out and remediation, they worked with my wife to develop the remodel.
