My first visit! Very professional in addition to being warm and friendly. From the greeting at the door to the assistant, Diego to Dr Shepherd himself, the care was exceptional. I like to know everything about what is being seen, proposed, what problems are being found, and what recommendations are being made. I found a caring environment was sincere and the communication exceptional. Thanks for the excellent experience!

My first experience with Dr. Shepherd's office was excellent from start to finish. Warm greeting, then first rate service with Ruben (Dental Assistant) , Dr. Shepherd and lastly Trish the Hygienist. Dr. Shepherd was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. This is a terrific practice and I'm very glad they were recommended to me by a friend.
