Very professional in addition to being warm and friendly. From the greeting at the door to the assistant, Diego to Dr Shepherd himself, the care was exceptional. I like to know everything about what is being seen, proposed, what problems are being found, and what recommendations are being made. I found a caring environment was sincere and the communication exceptional. Thanks for the excellent experience!
